Non/Event (State College, PA) – Photograph was taken close enough to the Winter Solstice to make it ironic to post on the Summer Solstice date. Happy Irony! Canon 5D Mk2, Leica 21mm f/4.
Vertical Forest.
Vertical Forest (Raystown, PA) – Only a half hour left of a mountain bike ride through a beautiful forest, and the rumble of thunder sounded the beginning of a monsoon. Okay, maybe not a monsoon, but we were soaked, and it became sunny again right before we got out of the woods to the car. Hence the phrase, “We’re not out of the woods yet.” Threw an autochrome digital filter on the trees, just ’cause. Canon 5D Mk2, Canon 24-70mm, f/2.8.
