Summer Again
Summer Feet (Whipple Dam, PA) – Took out the Canon 5D Mk2 with a rarely used Leica 180mm f/2.8 for high hopes of a swirling bokeh. While kind of let down with the ‘swirling’ part (I think that the swirling happens with older Zeiss Biotar lenses), this mostly unused lens was refreshing to frame images with and shoot wide open, and we got some very nice shots of the wading people, fishermen, and hikers. I spy on everyone, including my lovely counterpart in the chilly water.
